Payments

Cosmetic Procedures: A $50 consultation fee will be collected when your appointment is scheduled.  The fee will be applied to your total service should you choose to have the work performed.  If you do not show up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Botox and Fillers: A $25 deposit is taken when the appointment is scheduled.  Your deposit will be applied to your service.  If you do not show up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Insured Procedures: Your co-pay and/or deductible will be due at time of services rendered.  The patient is responsible for any fees not covered by insurance and obtaining the appropriate referrals if necessary.
