Doctor Robert Myers
Dr. Myers graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. In 1999 he graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Myers completed his general surgery residency at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania.
After completing residency he continued training with fellowships in plastic surgery specializing in head neck and craniofacial surgery and then in orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgery followed by dedicated residency training in plastic surgery at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
He has also completed an internationally-renowned aesthetic fellowship at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital in New York, New York having trained under Sherrell J. Aston, M.D., Alan Matarasso M.D., Jennifer Walden, M.D. and many more notable contributors to the field of plastic surgery.
Dr. Myers began practicing plastic surgery in Toledo, Ohio in 2011 before opening The Myers Institute of Plastic and Hand Surgery in 2017. Dr. Myers enjoys a busy and diverse practice. His clinical passions include functional, reconstructive, and trauma aspects of plastic and hand surgery as well as cosmetic surgery.
His interests include reading, art, music, pop culture and comics. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
