Dr. Robert Myers is a well-trained plastic and hand surgeon. His attention to detail and his caring manner assure that his patients get individualized care. Dr. Myers is board certified by The American Board of Surgery, The American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has received an advanced subspecialty certificate for Surgery of the Hand (SOTH).
Dr. Myers graduated with a bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. In 1999, he graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Myers completed his general surgery residency at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania.
After completing residency, Dr. Myers continued training with a fellowship in plastic surgery specializing in head, neck, and craniofacial surgery. Then he completed an orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship followed by dedicated residency training in plastic surgery at The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
He has also completed an internationally renowned aesthetic surgery fellowship at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital in New York, New York having trained under many notable contributors to the field of plastic surgery.
Dr. Myers enjoys a busy and diverse practice. His clinical passions include functional, reconstructive, and trauma aspects of plastic and hand surgery as well as cosmetic surgery.
His interests include reading, art, music, pop culture, and comics. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
